The third annual Mad Model Party was at the Pasadena Convention Center in California on May 11th and 12th.
Sideshow Inc. hopes to ship their licensed vinyl model kit of Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein as soon as they can. The casting of the parts is taking longer than anticipated, thus the slip in the ship date.
The Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein kit
is an interactive two figure diorama featuring
Dr. Victor Frankenstein and his creation, the Frankenstein monster.
The kit has been meticulously sculpted by Dan Platt in 1/8 scale, capturing all of
the drama, detail and dynamics of Wrightson's artwork. The finished 28 piece kit
measures 15" x 15" x 11" and comes complete with an eccentric 19th century
laboratory setting that features an incredible "bio-electrical" vat of creation.
And as a special bonus each kit will include an exclusive fine art print of the
original Wrightson concept drawing that was the basis of the kit.

Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein is the debut kit in a series of horror figure kits being released by Sideshow. The next kit will be a Werewolf kit and will also have two figures and an elaborate base. We'll keep you informed as we find out more!
